What a way to bring the year to an end! Thank you once again to all of the Label and Artwork Management professionals who were able to come together for the biannual BLUE User Group Meeting in Leuven. The venue was great, and a few of our guests either came in early or stayed a little late to enjoy some sightseeing while they were in town – it’s hard to resist shopping on the central square (or even visiting a brewery or two!).
One of the most popular features at the conference was “BLUE University,” a hands-on session which allowed our users to dig deep into the core of our solution. Our CPO, Stephen Kaufman, also spent time explaining the journey from “idea” to “new product feature in BLUE,” and then invited our users to vote for new product features. It was the perfect way to build a solid product roadmap: hardcore users meet product development.
Here at BLUE, we always look forward to our User Conferences. We know we’re biased, but the event never fails to deliver myriad opportunities for networking and learning, and it was great to see so many new faces this year. Our User Conference is designed to help BLUE update its customers on our overall strategic direction and product roadmap, and then receive feedback on how we can better meet their needs given the marketplace and regulatory dynamics in their respective industries. We’re committed to this approach, and we’re looking forward to an even livelier event next year!
