BLUE Software wrapped up its BLUE European User Conference last week at the Royal College of Physicians in London. The conference was a tremendous success, with a great attendee turnout from pharmaceutical and CPG companies of all sizes. The conference included a celebration of BLUE’s 20-year anniversary as well as presentations from Sanders Robrach of Astellas Pharma, Zico Ratan of 1WorldSync, and Thierry Lescrauwaet of Color Passport.
In addition to celebrating 20 successful years of business at the conference, BLUE revealed its new product portfolio, BLUE Essentials, BLUE Premier and BLUE Enterprise and shared our product roadmap for the following 12 months. BLUE Essentials and BLUE Premier are new to the BLUE product family and were developed with small- and mid-market businesses in mind. The new suite of BLUE applications will allow SMEs to benefit from the same market-proven technology that has improved Label and Artwork Management KPIs for BLUE’s large enterprise customers for years.
The BLUE European User conference concluded with discussions regarding new BLUE product functionality. “With 20 years in business, one of the key drivers of success at BLUE is that we think of ourselves as more than just a Label and Artwork Management solution provider,” said Luiz Martins, marketing lead at BLUE. “We think of ourselves as a partner. The best partnerships are the ones where learning takes place on both sides of the aisle, so to speak. Our User Conference is designed to help BLUE update its customers on our overall strategic direction and product roadmap, and then receive feedback on how we can better meet their needs given the marketplace and regulatory dynamics in their respective industries. We’re committed to this approach and have generated innovative ideas and concepts to make BLUE the best Label and Artwork Management system on the market today.”
